Sign at Sparks Lake Campground, Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway, Oregon

It was scorching hot when we arrived at the Sparks Lake Campground. We parked in the day-use area for a lunch break and a little walk with our dog Lena. Despite the name, there is no lake at this campground. The next open water is many kilometers away. So we were mildly amused to find this “Fly Fishing Only” sign on an old mossy snag.
